Z515型钢球光电外观机是利用光电效应的原理对钢球的外观缺陷进行检查,并自动将被检钢球分成“良品”与“废品”两组。本文对该机电子线路设计中的几个问题进行了讨论。1.缺陷光电流及信号电压分析;2.缺陷信号电压的频谱分析;3.电路形式及通频带的决定;4.缺陷光电流变化幅值及钢球表面噪声电压的测量;5.电路总放大倍数K的确定及其对电路噪声电压u的要求;6.预放部分电路。在讨论中对裂纹、丝锈等线状缺陷当正面穿过光点(即缺陷的垂直线和线速度方向平行)时的缺陷脉冲解析表达式及其频谱进行了推导。附图13幅。
Z515 ball photoelectric appearance of the machine is the use of the principle of photoelectric effect on the appearance of steel balls to check defects and automatically seized steel balls into “good” and “scrap” two groups. This article discusses several issues in the design of the electronic circuit of the machine. 1. Defect photocurrent and signal voltage analysis; 2. Spectrum analysis of defect signal voltage; 3. Circuit form and pass band decision; 4. Defective photoelectric current amplitude and ball surface noise voltage measurement; 5. Total circuit K determine the magnification and its requirements on the circuit noise voltage u; 6 pre-release part of the circuit. In the discussion, the analytical expression of the defect pulse and its frequency spectrum when the linear defects such as crack and wire rust pass through the light spot (that is, the vertical and the linear velocity of the defect are parallel) are deduced.
