利用RecurDyn软件,建造了带式输送机模型,专门分析带式输送机启动过程的动态特性。经过分析带式输送机在启动时间为20 s、15 s、10 s时的输送带张力,驱动和尾部滚筒的速度、加速度、扭矩,以及拉紧装置的位移的变化。得出启动时间为20 s时输送带张力曲线、驱动和尾部滚筒的速度、加速度、扭矩,以及拉紧装置的位移曲线较理想,启动效果最好的结论。
Using RecurDyn software, a belt conveyor model was constructed to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor during start-up. After analyzing the belt conveyor tension time of 20 s, 15 s, 10 s when the conveyor belt tension, drive and tail drum speed, acceleration, torque, and the tension device displacement changes. The conclusion is drawn that the tension curve of the conveyor belt, the speed, acceleration and torque of the driving and tail rollers and the displacement curve of the tensioning device are satisfactory when the starting time is 20 s.
