随着经济的不断发展,我国各大旅行社的竞争也愈加激烈,尤其是中小旅行社在不断的发展中已经认识到合作的必要性,并且在“1+1>2”的理念引导下,不再进行激烈的竞争,而是开始了合作。虽然合作的效果不同,但是在中小企业的发展理念中已经融入了合作共赢的思想。本文对中小旅行社的资源整合与协同发展的原理依据进行深入的分析,并对现阶段中小旅行社的经营模式进行了深入的探讨。
With the continuous development of economy, the competition among the major travel agencies in our country is also more and more fierce. Especially in the constant development of small and medium-sized travel agencies, the necessity of cooperation has been recognized.
