利用三维建模软件UG对FSAE赛车车架建模。应用有限元软件ANSYS对FSAE车架动力学进行模态仿真,研究了FSAE车架的振动模态特性。通过仿真计算获得FSAE车架在自由状态下的固有频率和振动特性,同时结合模态试验分析,验证有限元分析的正确性。实验结果表明,实验误差在7%以内。
Using 3D Modeling Software UG to Model FSAE Racing Carriage. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the dynamics of the FSAE frame. The vibration mode characteristics of the FSAE frame were studied. The natural frequency and vibration characteristics of FSAE frame under free state are obtained through simulation calculation. At the same time, the correctness of finite element analysis is verified by modal analysis. The experimental results show that the experimental error is less than 7%.
