我们宽城区教育局在全区教育系统以教育信息化为切入点,以信息化的教育管理系统、教育信息资源建设、信息技术与课程整合为重点,加大投资力度,加快信息化环境建设速度,取得了区域性基础教育全面发展的重大突破。“十五”期间我区又全面启动现代素质教育“一二三”工程(即:一个研究:理论研究;二大建设:教师干部队伍建设和信息化平台建设;三项改革:德育改革、课程改革、农村教育改革),在此基础上确立了宽城区教育信息化的总体构架,即:构建数字化的学习环境、数字化的学习资源。数字化的学习方式,提高了教师学生的信息素养。下面谈一下我们的具体做法。一、实验校引路,着眼于学生学习方式的改变我区以3所全国现代教育技术实验校为重点,运用新课程理念和新技术
