2014年9月15日自治区党委办公厅、人民政府办公厅以宁党办〔2014〕50号文件发出《“转作风、抓发展”活动8月份督查通报》。《通报》对“五个一批”工作落实情况和存在的主要问题进行了通报,同时,对进一步做好“转作风、抓发展”工作提出了建议:(一)加强对重点项目的协调服务。进一步加强上下各级联动和部门(单位)之间的协作配合,及时掌握项目实时进展情况,强化项目建设协调服务工作,想方设法积极破解项目建设中土地、资金、审批等瓶颈制约,促进重点项目加快建设、早日投产达效。
