近年来,我国职业教育蓬勃发展,伴随着招生规模的扩大是生源条件的大幅降低,为实现职业技术教育培养目标,课程结构改革及师资队伍建设等是职业学校迫切需要解决的问题。围绕以就业为导向、以能力为本位、以岗位需求为核心的职教发展方向的转变,对实验员的业务及素质提出了新的要求,针对培养目标及学生特点,实验员的角色必须要实现新的转变,才能更充分地发挥教书育人的作用。
