对于教学来说,教师若要成功地达到教学目标,完成教学任务,需要解决“如何教”的问题。这就需要掌握一定的教学策略,根据具体的教学环境和条件,设计符合学生需求和认知发展的教学策略,以帮助学生进行有效学习。好的教学策略应是高效低耗的,能够使学生在规定的时间内实现教学目标,并使教师的教和学生的学都能愉快地进行。本文旨在从信息加工理论的角度阐述替代性教学策略在教学中的应用,说明替代性教学策略如何在教学中发挥作用,帮助学生进行有效学习。
For teaching, teachers need to solve the problem of “how to teach” in order to achieve the teaching goal and finish the teaching task successfully. This requires a certain teaching strategy, according to the specific teaching environment and conditions, the design of teaching strategies to meet the needs of students and cognitive development to help students carry out effective learning. Good teaching strategies should be efficient and low-cost, enabling students to achieve the teaching objectives within the prescribed time, and make the teaching of teachers and students learn happily. The purpose of this paper is to explain the application of alternative teaching strategies in teaching from the perspective of information processing theory and to show how alternative teaching strategies can play a role in teaching and help students to learn effectively.
