台州市公安局黄岩区分局结合社会管理创新工作,对现行调解方法进行清理、整合,在调解主体、场所、流程、言语、突出问题整治等方面建章立制,形成了严密、实用的“阳光调解”体系,避免当事人对公安机关产生不信任感,确保治安纠纷调解的公信力与满意率。实践中必须注意与警务信息化建设、与“阳光执法”、与创群众满意度工作对接。
Huangyan District Branch of Taizhou Public Security Bureau, in combination with the innovation of social management, cleaned up and integrated the existing mediation methods and set up a system of rules and regulations in the aspects of mediation, place, process, speech and outstanding problems, and formed a rigorous and practical “ Sunshine mediation ”system, to avoid the parties to the public security organs have a sense of trust, to ensure public order and satisfaction of mediation disputes.
