家庭暴力已经成为了一个社会性的问题,能否妥善解决家庭暴力问题事关人权的保护、家庭的和睦和社会的和谐。随着家庭暴力事件不断涌进社会公众的视野,关于如何解决家庭暴力的问题也被推至风口浪尖。我国关于家庭暴力的立法规定散见在《宪法》、《婚姻法》、《刑法》等法律之中《反家庭暴力法》出台可以联合多个部门法更好地治理家庭暴力事件,弥补有关部门法的空缺,为完善家庭暴力的治理提供了法律依据。
Domestic violence has become a social issue. Whether the domestic violence can be properly solved concerns the protection of human rights, the harmony of the family and the social harmony. As domestic violence continues to flood the public eye, the issue of how to deal with domestic violence has also been pushed to the forefront. Legislation on domestic violence in our country is scattered in laws such as the Constitution, Marriage Law and Criminal Law The Anti-Domestic Violence Law promulgates a law that can combine multiple sectoral laws to better manage domestic violence and make up for the relevant departmental laws The vacancy provides the legal basis for improving the governance of domestic violence.
