推进绩效工资制度,是我国进行医疗卫生事业改革的重要举措,对医院的发展前途有着重要的影响,不仅关系到医院工作人员的利益,也涉及到人民群众的利益。所以,医院要加快推进绩效工资制度改革,认识到其改革的必要性,在日常工作中得到贯彻和执行,建立科学的评价体系,营造良好的工作氛围,促进医院的持续发展。
