档案是社会文明进步的重要标志。医院人事档案管理作为医院管理工作中的依据和基础,在医院发展建设中起着关键作用,对医院的改革发展具有重要意义。如何规范加强医院人事档案管理,实现人员档案管理的科学化、规范化和现代化,是新时期医疗体制改革不断深化所面临的重要课题。本文分析总结了当前医院人员档案管理现状及存在的问题,就如何改变现状,提高医院人事档案管理水平的问题提出了对策,对医院的档案管理具有一定的借鉴与参考意义。
