用钢筋混凝土支架代替坑木,可以节约大量木材,但钢筋混凝土支架自重大,不便于运输和架设,因此,我们进行了轻型钢筋混凝土矿井支架的试制研究。在研究中,我们尝试以钢-混凝土混合结构形式,组成支架梁的方案,解决混凝土支架自重大的问题。这种结构型式类似木结构中的撑托桁架,钢结构中的桁构式结构或钢筋混凝土结构的混合屋架。其原理是:将钢筋混凝土梁中和轴以下之混凝土全部省去,使混凝土和钢材充分受压和受拉。
Replacing pit wood with reinforced concrete supports can save a lot of wood, but the reinforced concrete supports are heavy and inconvenient for transportation and erection. Therefore, we have carried out trial production of lightweight reinforced concrete mine supports. In the study, we tried to form a bracket beam in the form of a steel-concrete mixed structure to solve the problem of the concrete frame being self-contained. This type of structure is similar to a truss truss in a wood structure, a truss structure in a steel structure, or a mixed truss in a reinforced concrete structure. The principle is that all the concrete below the neutral axis of the reinforced concrete beam is omitted, so that the concrete and steel are fully pressed and tensioned.
