提出一种可用于通用有限元程序的索鞍顶推精细化模拟方法,实现了索鞍偏心竖向荷载传递,索鞍顶推期间相对位移控制以及索鞍锁定期间水平力传递,也可以模拟主缆和索鞍切点变化。以柳州双拥大桥为工程实例,首先对比了不同索鞍模型对主缆线形和索鞍预偏量的影响;随后指出索鞍顶推实质是控制塔顶位移,并给出了一种索鞍顶推时序。最后指出在空缆状态下主缆在索鞍端部存在局部脱空趋势,采用本文推荐的模拟方法能预测和避免不合理设计。
