吉建设〔2012〕15号各市(州)建委(住房城乡建设局),长白山管委会住房城乡建设局,各施工图审查机构:按照《吉林省勘察设计条例》和《房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程施工图设计文件审查管理办法》(部令第134号)(以下简称建设部令第134号)要求,为强化施工图审查机构资格管理,确保勘察设计工程质量安全,鉴于我省《施工图审查机构认定证书》(以下简称《认定证书》)有效期将至,我厅决定自2012年7月开始换发《认定证书》,现将有关事项通知如下。
