根据已有试验数据,借助灰关联熵分析的手段,定量分析了轻烧粉用量、Mg O/Mg Cl_2摩尔比、Mg Cl_2浓度、减水剂用量、砂率和粗骨料最大粒径等对氯氧镁水泥混凝土7d抗压强度性能影响的主次关系和影响程度。经分析计算得出:对氯氧镁水泥混凝土抗压强度影响最大的是Mg O/Mg Cl_2摩尔比和轻烧粉用量,其次为砂率、Mg Cl_2浓度和粗骨料最大粒径。结果表明,在氯氧镁水泥混凝土多因素的分析中,灰关联熵法是一种实用、简洁且较准确的方法,其结论可为氯氧镁水泥混凝土配合比设计提供有效的计算依据。
According to the available experimental data, the amount of light burned powder, the molar ratio of MgO / MgCl_2, the concentration of MgCl_2, the amount of superplasticizer, the sand rate and the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate were quantitatively analyzed by means of gray relational entropy analysis Magnesium oxychloride cement concrete 7d compressive strength performance of the primary and secondary relationships and the impact of degree. The results show that MgO / MgCl 2 molar ratio and the amount of light burned powder have the most significant impact on compressive strength of magnesium oxychloride cement, followed by sand rate, MgCl 2 concentration and the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate. The results show that gray correlation entropy method is a practical, concise and accurate method in the analysis of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete. The conclusion can provide an effective basis for the calculation of compounding ratio of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete.
