从宏观来看,香港仍然是一座繁荣的经济中心城市。2011年,GDP增长率达到5%,人均GDP超过30000美元。特区政府还连年实现巨额财政盈余,以至于能够为每名香港居民派发6000港币的红包。但看似欣欣向荣的景象背后。是香港产业日益空心化、内部增长动力日益凋敝的事实。只要谈及香港的经济前途。许多普通市民和知识分子却都流露出迷茫甚至焦虑。无所不在的地产霸权,正成为笼罩在这座“东方明珠”之城天空上方挥之不去的阴霾。
