本文通过对20g 钢埋弧焊接头冷弯开裂试件的扫描电镜断口、弯前接头金相分析以及20g 钢热裂纹和热塑性试验等认为,20g 钢埋弧焊接头冷弯开裂原因主要是焊后在接头熔合区产生结晶裂纹和液化裂纹,试件冷弯时,熔合区裂纹扩展造成接头冷弯开裂。
