当今时代,市场化经济的发展离不开科技的进步和创新,离不开人才的培养和教育,更离不开科学、完善的信息管理体系。干部人事档案管理作为党政机关人才任用、人才信息查询以及人才综合素质考核、评价的重要依据,在管理工作实践中仍然面临诸多问题。在新形势下,如何建立干部人事档案管理新模式,成为相关人员需要重点思考的问题。基于此,立足于干部人事档案管理现状,主要分析其中存在的一些问题以及具体的完善化对策。
In today’s era, the development of a market-oriented economy can not be separated from the progress and innovation in science and technology and can not be achieved without the training and education of qualified personnel. It can not be separated from a scientific and sound information management system. Cadre and personnel files management as an appointment of personnel of party and government organs, personnel information inquiries and comprehensive quality assessment of personnel, an important basis for evaluation, management practices still face many problems. Under the new situation, how to establish a new cadre and personnel file management model has become a problem that relevant personnel need to focus on. Based on this, based on the status quo of cadre personnel file management, the paper mainly analyzes some existing problems as well as specific measures for perfection.
