在企业战略变革过程中,作为企业战略性资源的企业家认知会直接影响企业战略变革决策过程及其价值效果,而组织知识结构会对企业家认知与企业战略变革关系产生中介作用。鉴于此,借鉴管理学、心理学、社会学等多学科理论和观点,从反事实思维、情感注入、归因风格、规划谬误及承诺升级等五个方面,系统分析了企业家认知、组织知识结构与企业战略变革之间关系的内在作用机制和影响机理。
In the process of enterprise strategy change, the cognition of entrepreneurs as the strategic resources of enterprises will directly influence the decision-making process and value effect of strategic change of enterprises, and organizational knowledge structure will mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial awareness and corporate strategic change. In view of this, we draw lessons from multidisciplinary theories and viewpoints of management, psychology and sociology and systematically analyze entrepreneur’s cognition and organization from five aspects: counterfactual thinking, emotion injection, attribution style, planning fallacy and commitment promotion.
