西德啥森克勒弗尔公司早在八十多年前就制造了平锻机。采用在长棒料上镦粗头部或法兰,切断头部等工序来制造锻件,只有在凹模可分的条件下才有可能实现。起初,平锻机可分凹模的夹紧面是垂直分开的,后来又出现了水平分模的结构。图1所示为1000吨水平分模平锻机的工作原理图。从图中可以看出如下几点: 凹模沿水平面上下分开。KO是上面的可动凹模座(沿垂直方向上下运动)KU是下面的固定凹模座,KS是引导上凹模座的夹紧滑块。SS是水平方向运动的顶镦滑块,由曲轴驱
