目的:探讨温胆汤对精神分裂症模型鼠的免疫调节及氧自由基损伤的保护作用。方法:随机将30只SD大鼠分为3组:正常组、模型组、温胆汤组。灌胃给药21d,最后3d腹腔注射盐酸阿朴吗啡(APO)建立精神分裂症的动物模型。最后一次造模1h后取血检测白介素2(IL-2)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化;测定小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数;并进行大鼠刻板行为评分。结果:温胆汤给药后大鼠血浆中IL-2的含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。胸腺和脾脏指数差异较模型组有显著性(P<0.05);血浆SOD、MDA含量较模型组差异有显著性(P<0.05);大鼠刻板行为不同程度受到抑制(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤能有效地提高精神分裂症模型鼠免疫调节的能力,对氧自由基引起的损伤具有保护作用,并具有对抗APO引起的刻板行为的作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Wendan Decoction on immune regulation and oxygen free radical injury in schizophrenic model mice. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group, model group and Wendan Decoction group. The intragastric administration of apomorphine hydrochloride (APO) was used to establish an animal model of schizophrenia. One hour after the last model, blood was taken for the detection of changes in interleukin-2 (IL-2), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA); the thymus and spleen index of mice was measured; . Results: The content of IL-2 in rat plasma after Wendan decoction was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.05). The differences of thymus and spleen index were significant (P<0.05). The levels of SOD and MDA in plasma were significantly different from those in the model group (P<0.05). The stereotyped behavior of rats was inhibited to varying degrees (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the immune regulation ability of schizophrenia model mice, has protective effect on oxygen free radical-induced damage, and has a role in the stereotyped behavior against APO.
