据日本《电子学》报道1992年2月至3月,在西班牙召开了世界无线通信行政大会(WARC-92),主要审议了包括新的频率分配在内的国际无线通信规则。可以说此次会议将要决定21世纪无线通信的发展规划。审议内容包括很多业务,但最重要的有,个人移动无线电话系统(FPLMTS)、数字声广播(DAB)及宽带高清晰度卫星电视广播(W—HDTV)业务。
According to Japan’s “Electronics” report February 1992 to March 1992 held in Spain, the World Conference on Wireless Communications (WARC-92), mainly considered including the new frequency allocation of international wireless communications rules. It can be said that this meeting will have to decide on the development plan for wireless communications in the 21st century. The review included a lot of business, but most notably, personal mobile radiotelephone systems (FPLMTS), digital sound broadcasting (DAB) and broadband high-definition satellite television broadcasting (W-HDTV) businesses.
