目的 :观察急性脑梗死患者血浆GMP 140及血小板聚集的动态变化。方法 :分别于发病 72h ,治疗 1周 ,4周时采集静脉血 ,测定急性脑梗死患者血浆GMP 140和血小板聚集。结果 :脑梗死急性期血浆GMP 140明显升高 ,尤以并发冠心病者更为显著 ,但治疗 4周后 ,无并发症患者的血浆GMP 140水平明显下降 ,而并发糖尿病者其均值反高于急性期。血小板聚集在治疗前后变化不大。结论 :血浆GMP 140较血小板聚集更能反映血小板活化的特异性
Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of plasma GMP 140 and platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Venous blood was collected at 72h, 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment, respectively. Plasma GMP 140 and platelet aggregation were measured in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Results: In the acute phase of cerebral infarction, GMP 140 was significantly elevated, especially in patients with coronary heart disease. However, after 4 weeks of treatment, the plasma GMP 140 levels were significantly decreased in patients without complications, while those with diabetes were significantly higher than those in patients with diabetes Acute phase. Platelet aggregation did not change much before and after treatment. Conclusion: Plasma GMP 140 is more specific than platelet aggregation in reflecting the specificity of platelet activation
