介绍了航空发动机点火系统的工作原理,通过公式推算探讨了影响半导体电嘴最小发火电压的因素;并且根据半导体电嘴端部长期所处的恶劣环境,列举了满足电嘴端部使用要求的电极材料;同时基于实际试验数据,分析了电极间隙、储能电容量及最小发火电压之间的相互关系,通过非线性拟合分析,详细论述了电极间隙设计的理论计算过程,为合理选择半导体电嘴电极间隙提供了依据。
The working principle of aeroengine ignition system is introduced. The factors that affect the minimum firing voltage of the semiconductor nozzle are discussed.
