(一) 在伟大领袖毛主席亲自发动和领导的,有亿万工农群众参加的反击右倾翻案风的斗争不断向纵深发展的大好形势下,我们测报组的同志以“可上九天揽月,可下五洋捉鳖”的革命精神,勇敢地踏进了地震这个被资产阶级知识分子划定的“禁区”。给了坚持反革命修正主义路线的党内最大的走资派邓小平一记响亮的耳光。 今年元月以来,我们在各级党委领导下,对适应本地区地震测报的手段进行了初步摸索和探讨,下面简要汇报一下我们利用土地电测报地震的肤浅体会。 土地电是一种测量大地自然电流变化情况的土仪器,是地震科研工作中开门办科研的新生事物,是测报地震重要的手段之一。
