针对具有多个相关失效模式的结构系统,提出了一种基于失效模式相关度聚类及子集模拟重要抽样的可靠度计算方法。首先按相关程度大小将失效模式简化为为强相关、弱相关、中等相关3类,聚类后的功能函数按子集模拟重要抽样法计算其可靠度,最后对每一类失效模式采用不同的原则,近似计算出结构可靠度。利用简单工程算例验证所提方法,证明了此方法有效提高了失效模式相关的结构系统可靠度的计算效率和精度。
Aiming at the structural system with multiple related failure modes, a reliability calculation method based on the failure mode correlation clustering and subset sampling important sampling is proposed. Firstly, the failure mode is simplified to three categories of strong correlation, weak correlation and moderate correlation according to the degree of correlation. The clustered functional functions are calculated according to subsets simulating important sampling method to calculate the reliability. Finally, different types of failure modes are used Principle, approximate calculation of structural reliability. The proposed method is verified by a simple engineering example, which proves that this method effectively improves the computational efficiency and accuracy of structural system reliability related to failure modes.
