目的:研究海南政法干警身体素质现状调查和训练监测体系。方法:根据课题所研究的内容和目的,分别对2014年海南政法培训中公安干警(A组)、监狱司法干警(B组)和检察院干警(C组),采用体能现状抽样调查法,三个不同岗位每个岗位随机抽取男干警180名,女干警20名,共600名干警进行实验测试。对所有干警的身体素质现状进行检查分析。对所有干警进行体能训练,每周增加两次体能练习,并采用生理监控及生理、心理、体能等指标的监测。结果:对所有干警的身体机能相关指标进行评价。平均测试值与指标值的正常范围之间存在一定的差距,主要体现在肺活量体重指数、身体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、体脂率上。并且比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对三组干警训练前后训练监测效果进行比较,A组、B组、C组的训练前的优良率分别为53%、54%、52%,明显低于训练后对应三组的优良率83%、84%、85%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:海南政法干警身体素质现状普遍较差,没有达到相关指标的合格率。通过训练之后,每周增加两次体能练习并采取生理监控以及生理、心理、体能等指标的监测的一组训练效果较好。对海南政法干警应用训练监测体系能够达到较好的训练效果。
Objective: To study the status quo investigation, training and monitoring system of police officers and soldiers in Hainan politics and law. Methods: Based on the content and purpose of the research, the police officers (A group), judicial police officers (B group) and police officers (C group) Each post of different positions randomly selected 180 male police officers and 20 female police officers, a total of 600 officers for experimental testing. Results: All the officers and men of the physical performance-related indicators were evaluated. And the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The results of training monitoring before and after the three groups of police training were compared. The excellent and good rates before training were 53%, 54% and 52% in group A, B and C, respectively, which were significantly lower than 83% , 84% and 85%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The general situation of police officers and men of political and legal cadres in Hainan is generally poor, and the pass rate of relevant indicators is not reached. After training, a set of training exercises such as increasing physical exercise twice a week and taking physiological monitoring, physical, mental, physical and other indicators of monitoring is better. Hainan police officers and police application training monitoring system can achieve better training effect.
