普通车床刀架大都是手动操作,在多工位车削中转动频繁,特别在定位销磨损下,重复等分精度不易保证,影响加工质量。我们在改造C620车床时,应用电动刀架装置,基本解决手动转位和低精度定位的问题,取得了较好的效果。电动刀架结构如图1所示,主要由抬起夹紧、转位分度和自动定位等机构组成。需要刀架转位时,给电机输入正向启动信号,电机将旋转运动通过齿轮减速器、蜗杆、蜗轮传
