针对新员工的入职现状,用人部门要积极实施员工心理援助计划,帮助新员工摆脱紧张的心理状态,更好地胜任本职工作。本文主要阐述员工心理援助计划在新员工适应管理中的应用,并深入分析新员工的入职管理现状,通过援助计划使新员工更好的适应新环境,勇于接受工作的中的压力和挑战,逐步提升员工的工作能力。
