采用 E L I S A 法检测20 例格林巴利综合征( G B S) 患者血清及脑脊液中 Ig M G M1 、 Ig G G M1 抗体水平。结果表明, G B S 患者血清及脑脊液中 Ig M G M1 、 Ig G G M1 抗体均明显高于对照组( P< 001) ;病情轻重分级之间 G M1 抗体水平无明显差别( 均 P> 005) 。 G B S 患者周围和鞘内均存在高滴度的 G M1 抗体,并可能在 G B S的病理过程中起重要作用。
The levels of Ig MG M1 and Ig GG M1 antibodies in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of 20 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome (G B S) were detected by E L I S A method. The results showed that Ig M G M1 and Ig G G M1 antibodies in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with G B S were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <001). There was no significant difference in G M 1 antibody levels between severity grading All P> 005). High GG antibodies were present both in the surrounding and intrathecally of G B S patients and may play an important role in the pathological process of G B S.
