我局根据《云南省数字档案馆建设规程(试行)》、《楚雄州档案事业发展“十二五”规划》的要求,结合我州档案工作实际,经过充分调研,编制了《楚雄州档案馆数字档案馆2013—2022年建设规划》,并书面征求了州发改委、州财政局等部门的意见,并报请省档案局进行审核批准,整个《规划》计划从2013年至2022年用10的时间,分三期完成数字档案馆建设工作,投资概算1861万元。2013年至今,州财政安排州档案局馆藏档案数字化经费414.58万元,其中,2013年214.58万元,2014年200万元,现将我局档案馆数字化建设取得的经验,向各位领导汇报如下:
