Bonus is a form of money that is specifically designed to compensate for the value of excess labor. It is a form of “living” in labor compensation. Now, the bonus system generally implemented by industries, commerce, and business departments has undoubtedly played a role in satisfying the needs of staff and inspiring their work enthusiasm. However, China’s bonus system started late and there are still many problems. The managers have not really mastered the bonuses. For example: Many units pay bonuses to eat a big pot of rice, which is unfair, and some units are afraid of trouble, fear of contradictions, and do not ask about good management.
