唐代食盐需求量是研究唐代盐业必不可少的内容,但就目前研究成果来看,量化计算标准——尤其是人均食盐量以及盐的使用范围值得再探讨。首先必须说明:不能简单地用今人食盐标准来“套”唐人,在后面的论述中可以看到,由于饮食习惯的不同,唐人食盐量与今人是大有差异的。除了食用外,当时的农业、手工业生产过程中盐也得到大量运用。笔者想就以上问题发表谬见,不当之处恳望方家指正。
Salt demand in the Tang Dynasty is an essential part of the salt industry in the Tang Dynasty. However, judging from the current research results, the quantified calculation standards - especially the per capita amount of salt and the range of use of salt - deserve further discussion. First of all, it must be stated that we can not simply use the modern salt standard to cover the Tang people. In the following discussion we can see that due to different dietary habits, the amount of salt in the Tang people is quite different from today’s people.
