目的:对黄柏(Phellodendron amurse Rupr)果实的化学成分和活性成分进行系统深入的研究,已发现新结构化合物,作为探讨黄柏果实活性成分和药用价值研究的物质基础。方法:(1)黄柏果实用95%的乙醇回溜提取3次,减压浓缩回收溶剂得浸膏,然后用36%的盐酸调PH=2 ,再用乙酸乙酯萃取3次,水层继续用28%的氨水调PH=9,再用氯仿萃取3次,浓缩回收乙酸乙酯、氯仿,得乙酸乙酯提取物(1.8kg)、氯仿(30g)提取物,分别采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)、RP-18反相硅胶等柱层析反复和梯度洗脱进行分离纯化得到21个化合物。结果:利用质谱、红外、氢谱、碳谱和二维核磁数据, 从该植物中分离鉴定了21个化合物: 3-Ketooleanane (1) , Boujotinolone B (2), Phellochin B (3) , Phellochin (4), Niloticin (5), Dihydroniloticin (6), Lanosta-7,25-dien-3-ol (7), Phellochin C (8), Lanost-7-en-3-one, 25-hydroxy -23, 24-[(1-methylethylidene)-
bis(o-xy)]-(13α, 14β, 17α, 20S) (9) , Lanost-7-en-3-one, 23,24-[(1-methylethylidene) bis- (oxy)]-(13α, 14β, 17α) (10) , Piscidinol A (11) , (21, 23) -epoxy-24-hydroxy-21, 25-methoxyltriucalla-7-en-3-one (12), (21, 23) -epoxy- 21, 24, 25-trihydroxyltriuca-
lla-7-en-3-one (13), (21, 23) -epoxy-24-hydroxy-21- methoxyltriucalla-7, 25-dien-3-one (14), Umbelliferone(15), 7-Demethylsuberosin (16) , 8H-Dibenzo[a, g] quinolizin-8-one (17), Berberine(18) , Isoquinolinium (19) , 1, 7-Naphthalenediol(20) , Luteoliflavan(21)。其中化合物 (3),(8), (13) , (14)为新化合物。
