运用分子动力学模拟的方法,分别研究了了TKX-50及以TKX-50为基的高聚物粘结炸药与四种常用粘结剂F2311、F2641、PEG及EVA的力学性能(体积模量、剪切模量及泊松比)、成型性能和结合能.力学性能随不同的粘结剂有不同的变化规律:PEG>EVA>F2641=F2311,成型性能的通过体积模量与剪切模量的比值大小来表征:PEG>EVA>F2311>F2641,分子间结合能是高分子与炸药分子间相互作用能:F2311>PEG≈F2641>EVA.综上所述:PEG的综合性能优于其他三种高分子粘结剂,是TKX-50基高聚物粘结炸药的比较的合适粘结剂.
