  甲霜灵(图1)是一种高效杀菌剂,其杀菌效果主要来源于R-异构体。模拟移动床色谱(SMBC,图2)发展于20 世纪60 年代,通过周期性切换进出口阀的位置来模拟固定相与流动相的逆流流动而实现组分分离,是一种精确、高效的制备色谱技术[1]。采用SMBC 制备拆分甲霜灵得到光学纯的R-异构体,这对降低农残、环境保护等具有重要意义。
