  L-型核苷由L-核糖组成,是天然D-型核苷的对映异构体。构成生命体的核酸仅由D-型核苷组成,因而核苷的手性对于核酸的高级结构形成和核酸功能有着非常重要的作用。曾有报道通过自动催化的方法能够引导相同手性的核苷单体聚合形成光学纯的寡聚核苷酸,而排除不同手性的核苷单体的引入,并且还通过L-核苷引入到寡聚核苷酸中来研究此聚合体系中手性的选择[1]。近年来,随着不同DNA 聚合酶的发现,人们对于L-核苷以及L-型修饰核苷(L-型异核苷,L-TNA)在不同类型的DNA 聚合酶作用下进行核酸链的合成展开了广泛的研究[2,3]。
