冷轧高强汽车板的高应变速率行为及纳米析出特征

汽车用钢需求高速增长,同时也向着高强度化方向发展。钢在高应变速率条件下的力学性能及变形行为与静态条件下的相比具有显著区别;通过高速拉伸实验,分别研究了DP780双相钢和DC53D+ZF钢两种材料的高应变速率行为,分析了应变速率对钢的力学性能、组织形变的影响,并建立了相应的本构方程。根据获得的本构方程,对DC53D+ZF钢板的矩形梁碰撞进行了模拟计算。结果表明,碰撞过程中应变速率的影响较大,采用所推导J-C模型的仿真结果与试验获得的材料真应力-应变曲线的计算结果最为接近。以980MPa级Nb微合金化(C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb)冷轧超高强双相钢为例,分析了Nb析出历程及相应粒子形貌,可以通过在不同冶金工艺阶段的析出特征进行相应的工艺控制,以得到目标组织及纳米析出粒子的分布。

为了充分利用300t转炉脱碳炉炉渣对其进行轻打水和焖渣处理,之后作为脱磷炉的炉料。本文主要研究了轻打水和焖渣处理后炉渣的熔化特性以及在脱磷炉作为炉料的应用效果。结果表明,从化学成分和岩相分析上看,焖渣的水分高于干渣,两者的全铁含量都较高,熔点相近;干渣中硅酸二钙含量高于焖渣的,而硅酸三钙含量低于焖渣的,两者都含有一定量的铁酸钙,有利于脱磷和化渣。从应用的效果看,通过每炉次加入3~6t的干渣或焖渣,
