目的研究甲基汞对小鼠睾丸生殖细胞凋亡及其作用机制。方法采用原位末端标记(TUNEL)和免疫组织化学的方法研究甲基汞对小鼠睾丸生殖凋亡及其凋亡基因的表达情况。结果甲基汞可以使雄性小鼠睾丸生殖细胞的凋亡率增加,随着甲基汞染毒剂量的增加,1/50LD50、1/10LD50组凋亡率与阴性
Objective To study the apoptosis and its mechanism of methylmercury in mouse testis germ cells. Methods Methylmercury (MTT) was used to study the effects of methylmercury on the testis reproductive apoptosis and the expression of its apoptotic genes by TUNEL and immunohistochemistry. Results Methylmercury could increase the apoptosis rate of testicular germ cells in male mice. With the increase of methylmercury exposure dose, the apoptotic rates of 1 / 50LD50 and 1 / 10LD50 groups were negative
