High-density lipoprotein(HDL),a heterogeneous class of plasma lipoproteins,is a dynamic serum protectant against the development of atherosclerosis and the resultant illnesses such as heart disease and stroke1.In the past decades,various research groups have been successful in development of recombinant HDL(rHDL),with physicochemical properties similar to those of native HDL.
