The recruitment of dormant Microcystis cells to the water from the sediments surface under eutrophic conditions is influenced by many environmental factors, including temperature, light, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, dissolved oxygen, hydrodynamics, and benthic microbial factors. In this study, the relationship among different environmental factors in the surface of natural eutrophic waters-sediments are analyzed, with an imprecise modeling method proposed.Fuzzy grouping was conducted for the main factors found to influence the recruitment of Microcystis hypopus in the surface water of the sediments, therefore reducing the impact of uncertainty factor disturbance on the accuracy of the model.Based on this, the prediction model for Microcystis hypopus recruitment, with comprehensive information processing functions was constructed using a Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy system, with prediction deviation caused by uncertain factors in the model estimated using a statistical approach.Simulated experiments of recruitment in the ecological water environment were carried out to validate forecasted values, showing that this system allows effective prediction of Microcystis recruitment, with significantly reduced modeling complexity.
