大城市边缘区外来人口分布特征及因子研究--以北京北部边缘区为例

随着全球化的发展,我国城市化进程加快,城市用地外侵扩张迅速,在老城区和远郊区间形成犬牙交错的城市边缘区.该区域由于外来人口集中、用地布局碎片化以及交通规划指向性强等特点,形成了较为典型的交通问题.本文的目的在于,通过外来人口的分布特征及影响因子研究,分析其内在需求,从而提出相关建议以解决交通问题.首先通过GIS的空间统计方法,将北部边缘区的人口属性空间化,判断居民结构及出行需求特点:再通过SPSS统计分析,对影响外来人口分布的要素进行回归,判断不同类型外来人口的主要影响要素:最后从交通、空间两个方面为北部边缘区提出改进建议,在解决交通问题的同时,促进北部边缘区的可持续发展.
