本文构建了一种免标记、信号放大的阻抗型免疫传感器用于甲胎蛋白的测定.通过在玻碳电极表面修饰聚苯乙烯-嵌段-聚丙烯酸 (PS-b-PAA),形成稳定的微孔薄膜,微孔内的羧基通过共价键的形式与链霉亲和素,用于固定生物素化抗体,可以提高抗体的固定量,从而实现信号的放大.结果表明,甲胎蛋白的浓度在0.05-300 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.05 ng/mL.该免疫传感器可用于人体血清
