[Objective] The present study aims to assess effects and related mechanism of catalpol on learning and memory dysfunction induced by scopolamine in mice.[Methods] The mice were divided into 6 groups: control group,model group,positive group (oxiracetam 105mg/kg) and catalpol group (1,3 and 9 mg/kg).
