保税区和出口加工区作为实施改革开放战略的核心环节,对外向型经济发展的重要性不言而喻。文章利用2000~2013年省级面板数据分析了保税区和出口加工区的贸易效应及其相互作用,研究发现保税区和出口加工区的贸易效应体现在出口上,且两者存在明显的替代;保税区和出口加工区促进了中西部出口贸易发展,且两者呈替代关系。进一步分析发现出口加工区的加工贸易和一般贸易效应显著为正,且与保税区呈替代关系;保税区和出口加工区的加工贸易和一般贸易效应在中西部均显著为正,且相互替代;出口加工区促进了东部加工贸易出口的发展,并与保税区存在互补作用。
Free Trade Zone and Export Processing Zone as the core of the implementation of reform and opening up strategy, the importance of the development of export-oriented economy is self-evident. The article analyzes the trade effect and its interaction between the bonded area and the export processing area by using the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2013. The study finds that the trade effect between the bonded area and the export processing area is reflected in the export, Export Processing Zones promoted the development of export trade in the central and western regions, and the two were alternative. Further analysis showed that the processing trade and general trade effects in the EPZs were significantly positive and were in substitutional relations with the FTZs. The processing trade and the general trade effects in both the FTZs and the export processing zones were significantly positive and mutually replaced in the Midwest.
