报道了用调制频率为４８ＭＨｚ的调幅锁模调制器实现准连续６０Ｗ半导体激光侧面泵浦Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光器的锁模，初模脉冲宽度为１２０ｐｓ。实验中观察到自锁模现象，并对此作了分析。 It is reported that a quasi-continuous 60W semiconductor laser side-pumped Nd: YAG laser is mode-locked with an amplitude modulation mode-locked modulator with a modulation frequency of 48MHz. The initial mode pulse width is 120ps. Self-mode-locking phenomenon was observed in the experiment and analyzed.
