本文介绍了用爆炸冲击波加载方法将钨丝材压实到一起制成棒材的初步结果。金相分析表明,压实试样的钨丝间界面发生变形熔化焊合,而变形熔化影响区较小,未影响丝材基体,可以保持丝材良好的强度增强持性。
This article presents the preliminary results of compaction of tungsten wires into rods made of blast shock wave. Metallographic analysis shows that the interface between the tungsten wires of the compacted samples undergoes deformation and fusion welding, while the influence zone of deformation and melting is smaller, which does not affect the matrix of the wire and can maintain the good strength and retention of the wire.
