围绕零售商竞争下闭环供应链系统中制造商的最优回收控制策略,构建制造商回收的闭环供应链微分对策模型,求解得出供应链各方的最优控制策略。研究发现:当回收成本系数不那么低时系统存在稳态均衡,仅在一定的最优控制策略下系统收敛到稳态均衡。此时,系统的产品回收率随时间推移而增大;制造商的最优回收投入随时间推移而增大,而最优批发价格则随时间推移而减小;零售商的最优零售价格随时间推移而减小,产品销售速率则随时间推移而增大。制造商的最优控制策略及系统的产品回收率与零售商之间的市场份额分配无关。市场份额在两个零售商之间的分配情况仅影响各自的价格策略及利润情况。
The optimal recovery control strategy of the manufacturer in the closed-loop supply chain system is built around the retailer’s competition. The closed-loop supply chain differential response model recovered by the manufacturer is constructed and the optimal control strategy of each supplier in the supply chain is obtained. The study finds that when the recovery cost coefficient is not so low, the system has steady-state equilibrium, and the system converges to steady-state equilibrium only under a certain optimal control strategy. At this point, the system’s product recovery rate increases over time; the manufacturer’s optimal return on investment increases over time while the optimal wholesale price decreases over time; and the retailer’s optimal retail price increases with time As time goes by, product sales rates increase over time. The manufacturer’s optimal control strategy and system product recovery have nothing to do with the distribution of market shares among retailers. The distribution of market share between the two retailers only affects their price strategy and profitability.
