本试验探索不同浓度沼液对玉米种子发芽指标的影响,以研究沼液浸种对玉米萌发的影响,为玉米种植管理提供参考。选择沼液浓度分别为25%,50%,75%,100%4个水平,以清水作对照,选择的玉米品种分别为SC-704和登海3672,探讨沼液浓度对玉米种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响。结果表明,75%沼液浸种玉米种子发芽率最高,SC-704为96.67%,登海3672为98.67%。
This experiment explored the effect of different concentrations of biogas slurry on the germination index of maize seeds in order to study the effect of marsh liquid soaking on the germination of maize and provided reference for maize planting management. The concentration of biogas slurry was chosen to be 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively. The control experiment was conducted with fresh water as the control. The selected maize varieties were SC-704 and Denghai 3672 respectively. Germination potential, germination index. The results showed that the germination rate of maize seed soaked with 75% biogas slurry was the highest, 96.67% for SC-704 and 98.67% for Denghai 3672.
